Jennie Huddleston, MS, LPC

Jennie Huddleston, MS, LPC is a licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia. Jennie received her Bachelor's Degree from Toccoa Falls College in Christian Counseling/Psychology and a Masters Degree in Community Counseling from Mercer University. Jennie has been working in the clinical mental health field for over 13 years.

She works with adults, adolescents and children. Jennie also has experience working with First Responders and Veterans. Jennie partnered with NAMI to teach local emergency first responders about mental illness through Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) courses. Some of the issues that she specializes in are trauma, PTSD, depression, self-esteem issues and anxiety.  Several modalities of counseling include CBT, Trauma counseling,  Person Centered Therapy, Sandtray Therapy, Art Therapy and Play Therapy.  Jennie is trained in MRT (Moral Recognation Therapy) and Motivational Interviewing. Jennie specializes in Christian Counseling and offers the opportunity to incorporate faith into counseling sessions but is not required. Jennifer Owens, MS, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Jennifer Owens, MS, LPC is a licensed professional counselor in the State of Georgia. She has experience working with individuals and families since 2001. Mrs. Owens holds a Bachelors degree in psychology from the University of Georgia, as well as a Masters degree from Georgia State University. She is trained in Motivational Interviewing and Moral Recognation Therapy. Mrs. Owens partnered with NAMI to teach local emergency responders about mental illness through CIT courses. She has held clinical and supervisory positions in partial-hospitalization, outpatient, and court settings. Mrs. Owens has experience working with child and adolescent behavior modification programs, adult mental health counseling, and adult substance abuse. She specializes in anxiety and severe and persistent mental illness, including psychotic disorders, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, and PTSD. Mrs. Owens has extensive experience in areas of stress management, trauma, substance abuse, relationship/family dysfunction, self-esteem, women's issues, goal attainment and coping skills. She is a christian and offers the opportunity to incorporate spiritual principles into counseling sessions.
